WE ARE ALMOST DONE. THE ROBOT WILL BE FINISHED IN FEBRUARY 2010

A bomb robot, like the military or bomb squad would use, is often requested by movie and television shows.  Valek Sykes, TWS owner and robot designer, says "We are building one that will look awesome but it's not the real thing, it's something better for our industry. We have heard of the many problems using real bomb robots from law enforcement. Further, it's the same problems that always arise when our industry goes to an outside source for something they need; they look right but they don't really work for "on set " purposes."  One producer said, "They are slow, too complicated to use and the operators don't really get what needs to be done for the film industry."

The TWS DISPOSAL ROBOT will fill that void.

We are currently designing and building a fully functioning, production friendly bomb disposal robot so we can help out future productions and give them the realism, "on set" reliability and ease of use that they need to keep their busy schedules flowing.  There are plans for two distinctive looks; military and police.

It won't be long before we see it on an episode of C.S.I. or 24 or some other show that needs a realistic but production friendly robot.
